Only thing I'd be concerned about is size. Your baby looks closer to 6 weeks vs 8.. Maybe you ovulated later than you thought.

If the heartbeat was strong and baby measuring on time, those are all great signs! I'm not able to see that in this pic, but those are the main things to look for.

Size wise and devolipmentally its closer to 6 weeks than an 8 week ultrasound

That was my scan at 8 weeks for you to compare if you want, it was an internal scan as they couldn’t get a great image on my belly 🙂

Looks fine to me? I agree with pp it’s weird that dr didn’t measure crown-rump lenght. That’s usually how they determine gestational age early on.

He measured while I was there but took a picture for me to keep, he said it measured exactly 7w 4d, I've had 3 kids and never had a dr appointment 2 weeks after my first. Its normally once a month until third trimester. I'm nervous of placement, I've had chills, random fever, and cramps. All test were negative to viral and bacterial infections.
