TMI I know, but at 8:40 this morning I was woken up with a pain in my ass. So I go to the bathroom, do my thing and I still have that pain, it’s gotten a little more intense since this morning, and more recently noticed I have the smallest bit of blood in my stool. I did some researching see it could possibly be anal fissure but I’m not sure. How do you know? The pain is on the inside and it’s very uncomfortable. Example, if you’ve ever done anal, it feels like when he first puts it in, and it’s that sharp pain, it’s like that.

I took one 500mg tablet of acetaminophen and a 200mg tablet of ibuprofen and neither seemed to help with the pain. I also took a shower for a good 20 mins and it didn’t help. It’s now 7pm and idk what to do. The pain is really uncomfortable and it makes me feel like I need to pee often too. Please help lol
