Solids-no chewing
Our son is 9 months today and still gags on all things solid(foods) but does great with purées. I only offer him solids that are super soft to see how he responds with his mouth and he either gags or pushes them out with his tongue. No chewing action going on in this house! Am I alone? I’m so terrified of him choking so I haven’t offered other baby foods like yogurt melts or biscuits since he’s showing no signs of chewing. Any thoughts or ideas?
