When does it get easier?

I had my abortion 4 years ago now. Does it ever get easier? I can’t stop thinking about it lately.... 🥺🥺🥺

Healing is a journey. I had my abortion about 11 months ago, and I've come to realize the pain/sadness will always be there. That pain is there because you loved them. There will always be hard days, but what matters is how you cope with it 
 If I were you I would try to incorporate their memory into your life in small/big ways. Get something that reminds you of them, a small/big tattoo etc. Adding positive memories associated with your baby is okay too. 
I personally have an ornament with a baby tiger on it hung in my room. It reminds me of what could have been & what is still possible.
