Am I being too cautious about this?

So I am trying this thing called "dating" (sass,always) . I'm the old-fashioned type where I wanna get to know that person first. Feel the vibes,ya know. So I went on Bumble (cus who doesnt) and talking to 2 guys. I know,judge..I don't care. But I do get paranoid and anxious when talking to someone new and when they ask me personal question..it kinda feels like giving away my Social Security Number,ya know? If that happens,I freeze up. Idk how to deal with this anxiety and paranoia. Any advice ladies? ❤

If you're uncomfortable with a question, just tell them "I'm sorry, I don't feel comfortable telling you that right now. Maybe later when we get to know each other better." They'll either respect it or not, and you ditch the guys that don't. Set clear boundaries for yourself - I live in X state, but I won't tell them where in X state; My best friend is Y, but I won't tell them the names of my parents or siblings; I work/study in Z field, but won't tell them where; I'll tell them insignificant details (favorite movie, favorite dessert, really don't like whatever, etc.), but I'll wait until *insert numerical value based on in person dates or conversations since we're in a pandemic* before telling them more important things (religion, political affiliation, etc.) If you're really hitting it off with someone, you can obviously cross boundaries much sooner.
