I only get contractions around 3am every morning.. 
I don’t feel no contractions in the day time or at night but once 2:50 till 3-4am I feel PERIODT like cramps

Answer

Normal. Contractions tend to peak between 8:3pm-2am due to hormone levels. Oxytocin & melatonin also peak then as well. Melatonin helps oxytocin works more efficiently to increase contraction frequency. I always know my evenings-early morning hours to expect contractions - I’m now 38w6d. They are still inconsistent and this is my 3rd, so I know how this goes 😃 hang in there!
