Bad dream??? 😔

Question

I had a dream last night where I threw up and then my fiancé said “omg you’re bleeding” and I just kept screaming “why me, why me” and we rushed to the hospital.. and I woke up. I was so terrified, I am 18 weeks pregnant and I had a miscarriage last year... this scares me so much. I don’t know what to take from this dream. 😔

This happened to me last week. It is terrifying!! It feels so real and I woke up sobbing. It made me paranoid for a few days that’s for sure!

I had a dream that my baby was premature.. I keep getting so worried because my bump is also almost non existent. When you’re pregnant you have crazy dreams just have to keep telling yourself they are just dreams xxx

Iv had dream after dream of loosing my child. I  never been pregnant before so I think your deepest fears Are coming alive in dream. Fill ur mind with good thought before sleep. Try to relax. Really wind down feel peace before sleep. Might help.

I am sorry for your previous loss! I have had those dreams in all of my pregnancies as well and I have not had a miscarriage. Only a previous chemical. It is normal to have worries and hormones will trigger some crazy dreams during pregnancy. Try not to stress! It is easier said then done I know but it is not good for you or bub.
