Unisom
so I have been suffering from insomnia this pregnancy SO BADLY. I was in tears the other night because I am just so sick of tossing and turning every night sometimes til the sun comes up. Then I’m a zombie all day. I took unisom the last two nights and I actually slept, but I don’t know how I feel about taking every night. I won’t even take Tylenol I’m so weird about medicine and pregnancy. What should I do? Be a zombie or sleep with the unisom?
