Rash idea?

Rash feels raised and bumpy has an appoitment thursday but thought id ask you all, think heat rash? Allergy? Or eczema?

My 3wo has similar outbreaks but her pediatrician told nothing to worry. He said it seems like heat outbreaks. Just suggested to give her a routine body wash. After a week, redness is reduced but outbreaks are still visible. Please share with me what your pediatrician suggests.

Looks like eczema to me...this is how my son would get frequently and he ended up having egg and milk allergies

Looks like eczema. My son had similar red dots and little patches as well all over his body and that's what his doctor told me it was. See your babies doctor just incase
