High hcg levels

So according to all apps and first day of last period I'm 5 weeks 3 days ..had blood work today and my hcg is 16574 already doctor says it's high.. and maybe I'm further along but all test last month were negative .. anyone else had this..maybe multiples??? .. I have to wait 3 weeks for my first appointment with ob..
