What are the big things to buy for a newborn-toddler?

So im a first time mom . Im pregnant and haven’t bought anything yet... lol Because im clueless of what to buy, the big things perhaps. I know the basics is a crib & stroller/car seat, but what else do i need?

Forgot those cloth eating bibs that velcro. 
All you need are two silicone pocket bibs. They rinse off so easily, no extra laundry, no velcro getting stuck to your clothes in the dryer. Just keep one at home and one in the diaper bag.

After 2 kids here's my biggest tips:
  - Dont buy tons of blankets, they are often given as gifts.
 - Dont buy tons of bottles or pacifiers ahead of time. Babies can often be picky, so get all the freebies to get a small variety of brands/ styles. Once you figure out what baby likes,  then stock up.

Portable bassinet, pack & play and crib )have all 3 one stays my family’s house)
Onesies and little wash cloths
A boppie pillow 
A mamaroo or a little swing (seriously get one of those)
I love anything from Frida Baby the mom washer is nice, nose sucker, they have it all 
Milky mama snacks for breast milk or I made oatmeal brownies at home haha. An excuse to stuff my face 
Extra pacifiers and diapers in the car so you’re not dragging bags all over 
Little ice packs for milk in your bag

Everything!!! Clothes of all sizes, bibs multiple kinds of bottles and binkies, blankets diapers of all sizes bottle brush, burp cloths. Honestly I would just look up checklists of things to get because it’s a lot of stuff (: I was confused when I got pregnant with my son also
