Weight loss advice
So, please stay with me here. So I'm 4'11 and I weigh 130lbs. I was 138lbs and decided I wanted to make a change and lose some weight. I've restricted my diet, as in when to eat, more fresh fruits and veggies and lots of chicken, and I run every day. I've started to add in some belly excercises to help get rid of my love handles. But I've hit a plateau. I've been the same weight for about 3 weeks now and I'm losing confidence in being able to lose more. I know that my biggest obstacle is the fact that I'm on BC, but I cant get off it. I have PCOS and i have scar tissue from a botch cyst removal, so condoms are a no go because it's too painful, and the hubs and I are not ready for kids. Anyway! I would love some advice or tips on how to burn some more weight and get out of this hole. Thank you guys so much!
