Help 😩

I’m 5 days late on my period & i’m never late. and my boobs have been killing me & ive been having to pee really bad very frequently. i took a test two days after the date i was suppose to start my period and it was negative. i took one this morning and it said it was negative also, so my sister insisted i go to the doctor. their urine test was negative also. they took blood but didn’t say they were going to test my hcg levels. i’ve been trying for 6 months now and am at loss of what i should do.. should i wait a week and test again? could it maybe be something else throwing it off? i feel like i might be getting my hopes up
