I would call. When my baby is sick they say to come in if the fever lasts longer then 3 days. But my son also has never got a fever from teething.

If it’s below 100 it’s for sure teething! Even dr will say that teething doesn’t cause fever.... I have 4 kids each time their teeth starts to come in that get a low grade fever. It all depends on the child!

I would take them to the doc. Whenever my daughter has a low grade fever it always ends up being a ear infection that won’t go away. But it could be something else too. Better safe then sorry.
