Help! Blood in toilet!

So I just got done using the bathroom and when i went to put the lid down the whole toilet was full of blood I wiped again to see if it was my period and it wasn't. It's coming from my butt and it's a lot. My legs were shaking today I even asked someone if they could tell and they said yes. It felt like if a dog was scratching on the bed and was shaking it or a little earthquake but only in my legs. Also before dinner (so like an hour ago) I was spitting up blood but I couldn't find any cuts in my mouth and it wasn't my gums (also it not like I brushed my teeth and that's why). I'm concerned this happend not to long ago but wasn't this bad so I just waited to see if it passed but now I'm kinda freaking out.

Also idk if this has anything to do with this but my boobs have been extremely painful and are bigger and fuller. I check for bumps but idk if anything is new or not

The picture doesnt show how red is actually is and how much blood there actually is. (In real life all the toilet water was a bright red and the part the really shows in the picture was a darker red)
