Is colic real? Any remedies and hope to share?

My baby is 5 weeks and a half. She has been fuzzy and crying a lot at nights and it’s seems like she’s cluster feeding but I don’t know if it’s normal that babies cluster feed for so many days or if she’s suffering from colic... any advice?
How long did your babies cluster feed? Remedies for colic?

Gripe water is amazing , & lay them on there belly’s on your knee and rub and pat there back

My youngest was colic I went and got this stuff from walgreens called colic calm, it was about 20$ and the stuf was was black but was so worth it, it made a difference in my baby first dose

My son clusterfed on and off for the first 6 weeks, I was breastfeeding and that’s how they regulate your supply. If you suspect colic you can likely get advice from the pediatrician over the phone
