Ok, I'm not sure what is going on but I feel like I should call my gynecologist and that I can't get pregnant. I know everyone says, "Its all about timing."

Well, yesterday I started my period but it didn't start normal. I have had serious cramping before but it was so bad I felt like my insides were exploding and I have had 4-5 golfball size clots since then! I'm really scared because my whole body has been swollen, I have been dizzy, short of breath and I've been having to change tampons & pads 7 times.

I need to call the doctor but I'm scared to in a way. My husband have been trying for 1.5 years to get pregnant but this is the worst it has been. My hubby has Reynaud's Syndrome, Dystonia and anemia (He has more than that but that's a summed up version). He thinks that we can't get pregnant and it is his fault but I'm starting to think it's me. Any advice?
