Life style change ... I need Help !! :(
So I’ve been wanting change my eating habits and get into fitness but I just have no idea where to start ! :( I don’t know what to eat or how to portion my meals so I’m not over eating any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ! 😊
Not sure if this helps but I’m 22 yrs old, 5ft 2in, and 120 lbs. and I dont normally exercise but I want to start getting into the habit and making it a part of my daily routine as I’m trying to gain muscle (butt, legs and abs).
