Vaginal Skin Peeling?

Lately I’ve noticed I’ve been getting cuts on the side of my labia , and my skin is peeling off when I wipe with tissue paper. TMI. Leaving my vaginal skin appearing very patchy with red spots and sometimes it itches horribly! And my vaginal area is dry now and it normally isn’t dry at all. I try not to sleep in my underwear and let her breathe and putting Vaseline on the areas where my skin is peeling and where the cuts are.. I’m embarrassed. And I don’t think this is normal. And I don’t wipe hard.. and this is happening.

To avoid tissue I use baby wipes to wipe. And it seems like it’s not working neither..

Is it the tissue? The soap I’m using? A yeast infection? A rash maybe ?

I got tested back in January and i was clear on everything! No std’s or sti’s
