I thought once you had a c section you couldn’t do a vaginal birth again?

That’s not true. There’s births called v-bac. It stand for, vaginal birth after cesarean. It can be dangerous for some people but for others it’s fine. And for some women it can even be safer than getting another c-section.

Try do as much exercise like star jumps etc

Not much you can do if they’re opting for a c section . Can try look up stuff online to see ways of helping her to move position .

My doc is not helping me and forcing me a c section and in this pandemic don’t know tp go
