Best double stroller

What is the best double stroller? Ideally I would like to be able to go on a run/jog with it.

I've seen really good things about this one and I see it for sale second hand regularly. I've not tried it myself because I'm not getting a double but my mum has looked at it for when she has the kids.

BOB or Thule. Each have their own positives and negatives. Some things to think about are what else will you use the stroller for (I bring my bob to the beach and it pushes like a dream on the sand), how big are your kids, do you need an adjustable handlebar, do you want a fixed wheel or do you prefer the flexibility of a fixed/swivel combo? 
I see both brands used on Facebook marketplace and my stroller group all the time in great shape for about $100. That’s a great resource if you aren’t sure about spending a ton of money. These brands also hold their value and you can resell them easily.
My only real suggestion is to avoid the cheap brands. There is no way they are as smooth or reliable as a solid brand.
