Porn scam email??

Has anyone every gotten soemthing like this? Let me tell you my heart dropped. They told me my email password and told me I had to send them $3500 before the exposed my masturbation video they apparently got from my camera while I was on pornhub. I’m so freaked out. This is sextortion. Is this a scam??

Is it a scam? Yes. Does someone legitimately have a video taken from your camera? Probably not! If I were you I would change my password and enable 2 step verification if possible! If you feel comfortable reporting them to the police, I would also encourage that but chances are it's some random person from another country trying to extort money from you! Don't reply or send money!
