Could 100 fever be caused by teething?

So my 6 month old is teething, 2 just broke through so I thought it should’ve subsided a little by now. She’s super fussy and I thought maybe a possible earache (she keeps grabbing at it and hates laying down and has a small fever of 100) but I’m just curious?? I don’t want to give her tylenol every night if it’s just from teething

Medically speaking teething doesn’t cause fevers. However, from a moms standpoint I feel like there def is a correlation. But I would still give Tylenol because even if it is from teething it will help with the pain she’s going through too

Not even a fever until 100.4 and that is only low grade. 
And YES teething causes low grade fevers. No matter what a medical expert says. When there isn’t anything else wrong and all teething symptoms are there. Happens to millions of kids.

It def could be teething but if it goes any higher I would say its probably an ear infection
