I’ve been taking these just about my whole pregnancy. These were the only ones that didn’t have me feeling like crap. Baby is healthy, I’m healthy and currently 31 weeks.

The bigger problem is the propriety blend at the bottom. A lot of that stuff is it regulated by the FDA so a lot of that isn't known if it causes issues or not during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If I were you I would not take this unless you ask your doctor. It's better safe than sorry at this point. You could still take some biotin but I would not take a combination of all of this.

It’s fine. It’s a mix of prenatals and hair vitamins. That’s why it’s got that much.
