It depends. OPKs shouldn’t be relied on by themselves as they may be unreliable. 
You can have a positive test and not ovulate. You can have a negative test and still ovulate. OPKs do not confirm ovulation, they just indicate that a surge of LH has been detected and that ovulation *might* be attempted in the next 24-48 hours. You need to track your basal body temperature (BBT) to confirm that ovulation was successful.
