9dpo is most common for implantation. Symptoms don’t appear until 1-2 days minimum (can take weeks) after implantation has taken place. 
Post-ovulation symptoms (or PMS) can be identical to early pregnancy symptoms. Not just similar, identical.

Is it to early to test but I was nauseous after my ovulation and got my bfp good luck !!

You can test as early as 8dpo, if it’s positive then it pregnancy related if negative it’s just from progesterone

Mine was more of a lack of PMS symptoms, but it seems like everyone is different.
