Wearing these between feeding helped sooth and promote healing for me. I was also able to put a shirt on and hug again. Because of the uncertainty of some shipping times, I cut mine in half diagonally and they still covered the damaged area. That way a box lasts 4 days, instead of 2. I also started using a nipple shield because my baby wasn't latching properly due to a lip tie.
