Same early pregnancy symptoms as Baby #1?

Question

Can anyone tell me if they had the same early pregnancy symptoms for each baby? 
Baby #1 included sore breasts and light spotting within the first week after conception. 
Does that mean Baby #2 will give me similar symptoms or is it different each time?

My pregnancy this time is completely different and actually really really sucks compared to my daughter.

For me with out first was headaches, some nausea and then a dizzy spell that made me test the next day.
Our second, I had cramping around 4-5dpo (I know can mean nothing), I then got cold like symptoms till 10dpo and thought ohh this could be a symptom tested 11dpo and positive
