Hcg levels

I got my hcg blood work results back and it is at 592 , idk how far I am and they didnt are anything in my uterus. I would supposedly be around 5 weeks based off of this chart? I’m going back in 2 day’s for another hcg testing. Hoping there’s an increase, I am so nervous 😪
