Has vitex worked for anyone?

I am 26 and I've been trying since 2014 with 2 miscarriages. Has this worked for anyone? I have from 33-99 days cycles and I never know how long the next one will be. I just had a 56 day cycle. In 2017 I had my last miscarriage. That is when my period haulted. I was regular up until then. 3 years of unexplainable infertility is really eating at me. If not what else has worked? Tried clomid it don't work for me

My cycles used to vary between 18-98 days. I have PCOS.
I started taking Vitex and Myo-Inositol, and now my cycles vary between 35-45 days, and I haven’t had a cycle longer than 50 days since I started taking them.

Premeze is worth a go. I only started this cycle as I have long cycles. I'm on cd12 and have a noticed a difference already. Only bled for 6 days and it wasn't as heavy as I normally bleed. Whether it plays a part in falling pregnant I'm yet to find out 🤞 defiantly give them a research. They help to sort ur hormones out and get you into a better routine

Yes and no. 
I tried it for 2 months in 2019. It didn’t really do much for me so I stopped and got pregnant the next cycle. 
Had a miscarriage and tried it again, nothing 😕
