Dryness :(

Hello! So I’ve noticed since i’ve been at college that i’m dry whenever i have sex... like at first it’s alright but then i get dry and it’s not enjoyable for me or my partner anymore. I am also on nexplanon. In my last relationship I had the nexplanon/implant birth control as well and I had no problems with dryness, what do you guys think ??
