Any going for repeat c section ?

Had my little girl emergency section in 2017 ... I now have to have another section at 38 weeks due to thin lower segment and I’m so nervous ! With my first I was out to sleep ! Not sure how I feel being paralysed from the waist down 🙈 anyone else ?

I had a c-section January 2019 and I’ll be having another one this time. I was at 42 weeks already and they’d been trying to induce me since 39 weeks and not a single medication worked so this was the only choice. They want to do one again because I got pregnant again so soon after my last c-section (10 months) and due to the many issues I got late on in pregnancy (kidneys failed, developed severe allergies). And the fact that my body just won’t have contractions.
I was awake during my last c-section and I’ll be doing it that way again this time. I vomited a few times cause I had 2 cups of tea that morning and I felt super dizzy. It was the weirdest feeling but I liked how I was able to see my daughter right away as they brought her to my face

I had an emergency c section in 2018 because after laboring for 18 hours my daughter got so lodged in the birth canal that she still has marks on her face from it. I was awake for the procedure. You feel all the movements and pressure, you just don't feel the pain. It's a very weird sensation but you aren't totally paralyzed. When awake you can listen for that first cry and see your gorgeous baby. I will be having another one with this baby due to the high risk of blowing out my uterus. I am assuming this one won't be as bad since I won't be laboring or have any prior pain. Best of luck momma!

Had a emergency c section in 2018 and will be having a repeat c section with this baby since my last babe was frank breach and stuck under my liver and ribs that they had to do a j cut so I’m at higher risk of uterus abruption and it is safe for me to have a c section between 37-38 weeks instead of trying a vbac and risk both our lifes .

My first c section was a last minute emergency and it was in 2010 ..I was so doped up bc I had 2 doses of the epidural medicine bc  my labor was so long so I don't really remember much in the action moments so now that I'm scheduled at 39 weeks for a second one in August I'm kinda looking forward to it bc I'm hoping I'll be more aware of my surroundings and experience since it'll be planned and I won't have to deal with long hard labor pains. Lol

My first was a c section and the numbness isn’t what you think. I could still move my legs and feel them after it was just a couple
Hours tell I could support myself standing is all. I’m hoping to do a vbac this time so hopefully no repeat c section but since you were put out I just wanted to comment on the numbness for you 🙂

I had an emergency csection in 2017. The recovery was terrible and I couldn’t keep food down after. I’m having a repeat this year and I’m hoping it’s smoother since it’s planned. But I’m still really worried about going into labor early (which is what happened last time).

My 2018 baby was a cesarean after 52 hours of hard labor and him being stubborn. 9.5 cm for the last 22 hours because he wouldn’t turn his head for us (had no signs of distress during the whole thing and then found in csection that he had the cord around his neck so that’s probably why). 
It was long and a little painful since my epidural for the tried vaginal labor failed so I prefer to have this littles birthday planned. However, my insurance company as well as OB office and hospital say that I am too good of a candidate for elective cesarean so unless this baby is positioned wrong closer to due date or other issues call for it. They told me to plan a tolac/vbac situation. 
Everything in life right now is a wait and see...

I had a C-section in 2014 because I wouldn’t dilate past a two. After trying to induce labor for roughly 29 hours I was more than willing to have the C-section when the doctor came in and suggested it. Going for a C-section this time too and I’m a little more nervous. My recovery was pretty smooth but I guess I’m a little less naive this time around! Haha

I was asleep for my first emergency second was planned so just paralyzed and it was weird but better being awake and getting to see and hold him right away
