Still got a little pouch from my vaginal delivery. Any exercise tips to get rid of it. I’m wanting to feel good about my body for summer and might as well start now lol

I downloaded and app called FitOn and it has a postnatal option. It’s free workout videos. I’m loving them so far! I’m on week 2, so I can’t say I seen any results yet lol but I’m doing it was well as watching calories and trying to slowly cut out unhealthy stuff and replace with better options.

Saaaame literally trying everything working out eating healthy 😫 that’s one thing I miss is being about to workout for a month and get right back into shape. Now it’s hell to even work out and it barely shows for months!

Something I've recently started doing is exercises aimed at the pelvic floor. Developing awareness back into those muscles is taking serious time. I encourage you anyone to try to move throughout their whole day with their pelvic floor in mind. Tighten it or squeeze it before bending over or twisting for example. I've already noticed some good changes so we'll see.
