My neighbors have 2 dogs, we have one. Every morning and night and throughout the day those dogs won’t shut up, constantly barking or whining to be let in their house. We live on a lake so it echoes around to everyone’s houses, and our bedroom is right next to their backyard so we hear the barking all the time. It’s been waking us up at midnight, 4 AM, 6 AM, etc. Then during the day they bark at every single car that drives by, every single leaf that blows, every time we take our dog out in our backyard they try to jump the fence and growl. I tried speaking to them about it and they said they’re working on it but all that’s resulted is the dogs barking at 6 AM and then SCREAMING at the dogs which just contributes to the noise and does nothing. Now they don’t even bother to try to correct the dogs, they just keep them out to bark. Their kid was outside when I was taking my dog out and told me “my mom won’t let me bring our dogs in”. What the heck do I do?
