What is something you have done to get pregnant that always seems to work? I feel like I am missing something here ....

I would love to know the answer to this too!!
Only thing that I’ve done is to make sure i take my prenatal and at one point taking primrose Bc I don’t produce enough CM. Which is extremely important for trying to get pregnant.
Another thing is I’ve been tracking my ovulation with OPK’s so I think that should be good also. I haven’t used the BBT method because I’ve heard that it really only tracks after you’ve ovulated, and not necessarily when you did or going to. 
Other than that I’m not sure what else is there !
But I’m happy to share with you what I know lol
