Tips for weight loss
Hello everyone!! I am just over 4 months pp and I started my weight loss journey about 3 weeks ago. I was 125 prepregnancy and I currently am 144. At my lowest I was 110 and would love to try to slowly work my way their again. Being that im only 5'0, extra weight on me shows very easily.
I started doing the insanity program and I have yet to lose any weight, but I also haven't gained any weight. I know it is probably due to eating habits. I don't necessarily eat horrible but not the best either. I don't drink sodas or juices. I stick to mainly water (or bubbly water) or milk. I am pretty lazy when it comes to meal preping and I love very tasty food. If anyone has tips or any go too food recipes they would like to share i would appreciate it!
