Anyone else have this happen?

My first was born at 36 weeks, and we were never given a reason. My water just started to leak all on its own.

I’m not 26+ weeks with baby number 2, and had a weird scare at our anatomy scan where they thought my cervix was funneling, which turned out it wasn’t. So we had a follow up ultrasound at 24 weeks and found out yesterday that my cervix is starting to shorten.

Currently waiting for an OB to call me to explain more and discuss my options but while I wait, I thought I’d see if anyone else has had this happening, and what their course of action was!
