Transition swaddle opinions?

I'm trying to transition my daughter out of a swaddle. She has an issue that she likes the snug-ness of a swaddle, and when she isn't, she'll hit herself and wake herself up. I've been reading about the Merlin Sleep suit and the Zipadee swaddle, just looking to see if anyone has tried them and how they work.

This swaddle helped my son transition. We started with one arm free, then eventually let him have both arms free. This swaddle is also nice and snug around the torso so it really gives them a sense of security. The magic Merlin supposedly shouldn’t be used once baby is rolling so that wasn’t my favorite, plus it was really hot so my son would sweat a lot. The Zipadee zip is okay, but it’s quite loose so it didn’t give my son very much security. We used the zipadee zip for about a month after we transitioned using the Love to Dream 50/50 swaddle up sack, but my son never slept very well with it, so we switched to Woolino and never looked back.
