My son is 4 months old and I’m now starting to rotate my stash that I started about 2 months ago. I’ve been trying to find info online about normal thawed milk but there isn’t much. I now understand it’s normal for it to have a “soapy” or “sour” smell which is annoying because not knowing that I dumped a bag thinking it was bad..UHG! But I can only find on other forums about grittiness. My milk has been thawed under the running hot water and then put in a warmer but there’s like a graininess in it that’s not there in freshly expressed or milk out of the fridge. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal?
