Breast stimulation
Im currently 3/4 dilated and 50 effaced babys still hugh up im waiting to drop lol So i gave it a try at 3:00 pm i sat in a warm bath and used my manual pump 15 min on each breast ..... so well see if cintractions start so far just sore nipples 🙈🤷🏻♀️
