Birth control shot
Since I’ve gotten on the birth control shot I’ve gained around 45 pounds, some of which I’m sure came from starting my freshman year of college. Can anyone who has taken the depo shot tell me if they lost the weight they put on after going off the shot? & if so how did you do so. I’ve learned that being extremely active and reducing sugars really hasn’t helped me which I believe is due to the shot but I’m hoping after I stop the shot it will.
