TMI -boobies with nipples covered

I’ve had these veins come out of no where the last few days. I also have super puffy areolas and red dots on my nipples. I don’t know if I should be concerned since breast cancer runs in my family ? Or if this is something that happens. This has NEVER happened to me before so it is very weird to me!
