Late twice ?

Question

Everyone keeps saying “if you were late with your first you will be with your second” so my question is, how many of you have been late with the first and also with the second ? Or early with both for that matter? Is there a pattern?

My first was 12 days late, my second was 9.
Waiting to see how things go at appointment tomorrow with the third. Been having slight cramps today wonder if I’m having contractions (didn’t have them before labor with my other two)

My first came 2 months early, 2nd came a month early and my current pregnancy I am 38w5d and no signs of labor at all.

Had my forst at 37 weeks naturally, my water ruptured at 2am and had him 9 hrs later
Im still pregnant with this baby and 39 weeks. Every pregnancy is different, i thought the same and figured this one would come early as well but he doesnt want to come out at all

Every pregnancy is different. That being said I had my 1st at 41+5 and am currently 40+3, my MIL had all 4 of hers after 41w weeks.
