When to call the doctor- HELP!!!

At what point to I contact my doctor and risk going to back to the hospital. I literally cannot eat any food without severe acid reflux, even after taking Prilosec, time, and Tylenol. I feel like one of those watermelons that you pop by putting too many rubber bands on it. I can’t pick up my 14 month old, I vomit up everything and it’s been 4 days. I’m truly miserable and it’s radiating in my upper back. Baby is moving so I’m happy for that, but I’m at a loss for what to do.

Do you have a history of gallbladder issues? Is this a new development? I was told gallbladder Issues tend to pop up in women during/after pregnancy and when mine was acting up after I had my son, I was vomiting and many people report radiating into in in their back/right shoulder blade. 
I had mine out when my son was about a year old. I’m not sure what they would do while you are pregnant, probably depends on the severity of why they find.

Try vitamin b6about 1/4 -1/2 of the actual pill or b12 it helped me with throwing up and also smelling alcohol pads helps for a quick  relieve 🤷‍♀️ these were things suggested by my doc and someone who is diagnosed with something that also makes her throw up all the time can’t remember exactly what it is.

They should be able to call you in something. I was in the exact same situation-I threw up everything I ate, because it sat right in my throat after I ate. It wasn’t a burning, it was like it just came right back up. Miserable!! I told my doc, and after trying several different meds, they prescribed protonix, which has been a life saver!!! I still get that feeling if I over eat-but it doesn’t get bad enough to throw up. Call them, I don’t think they’ll make you come in. Hopefully they’ll prescribe something!
