Bedrest?

So I'm 30 weeks and yesterday I started to leak.. I went to the OB and he's put me on bed rest and I'm now high risk for preterm labor. I'm so scared I want her to stay in longer. But I don't know what to do now. What can I do? Can I clean?

He should have given you guideline for bed rest. Is not, I suggest you call and see.

Really you need to be laying/sitting down and relaxing at much as possible. But that’s not always realistic. I got put on bed rest at 33 weeks.. but I have a toddler so it wasn’t realistic for me. But I made sure I wasn’t doing anything that got me crazy worked up. 
So sorting and folding laundry. Making food. Small chores.

I went on bedrest at 33 weeks. I tried to do as little as possible. If someone is around to help you, let them. Take it as easy as you can. But I still did small chores like the dishes and cooking.

I wouldn’t risk doing anything! Your sweet babe has ten more weeks of very important developing and though it’s gonna suck major, stay off your feet as much as possible mama.

Also: I'm having contractions here or there. Not Braxton Hicks but not consistent.
