Failed my glucose 1hr test

I had my glucose test yesterday and I received my results today 150.6 failed. So I have to take the 3hr test! I’m kinda freaking out about this. Even though I have done this before with my 1st kid. Failed the first and then pasted my second. Help!!!! Should I change my diet before I go back? I’m taking the test next week.
