(Please help) should I move on or wait??

i really like someone that I’ve known for a while.He tell me he wants to be with me just not right now!....I’ve been waiting for at least 2 months. I did give him till June to decide if he really wants to be with me or not. Part of me thinks I’m a option to him or he just don’t want to see me with someone else.I keep going back and forth in my head trynna figure out if I should just stop waiting or keep waiting

I should probably say we do plan on moving in together when we both 18.

What should I do? Please give it honestly opinion🙏🏽
