Bedtime routine
What time do you all start your bedroom routine with your LO? My LO is 14 weeks, we get PJs on at 7 pm , then I try to nurse her around 8 pm and she usually falls asleep between 8:30- 10pm depending on how she is feeling that day . I’m wondering if I should start earlier than 8pm?
