I can’t speak for others be cause I know everyone has an experience unique to them, but for me the pain has never left, but it did dull. I can think about the baby I lost without the sharp take your breath away pain. It’s still sad. I still think of her, but it’s a softer sadness and I feel stronger knowing that I experienced that depth of sorrow and fought my way through. 
I’m so sorry your going through this. Take all the time you need to feel all the emotions that come with it. But know those things your feeling won’t be this horribly intense forever.

I went into preterm labor at 16 weeks, baby girl was totally fine and only passed because my body gave up. She was perfect tiny and cute. I questioned everything in the following weeks, i cut my hair i went vegetarian lived a calmer cleaner lifestyle, I blamed myself every day and kept coming up with reasons why it happened. I remember the day i got new doctors who had a definitive answer for me and i could breathe again, but i still question why? Im so sorry this happened to you, its so unfair, i know the heartbreak you are feeling and i wish you werent. I hope the healing process treats you well. You teeny baby is always with you mama💓
