Has anyone had sided cramping and bleeding and turned out to have a perfectly healthy baby? First cramped on one side 5 day’s ago and spotted. Mostly pink and then brown. Haven’t had cramping since until yesterday after my first ultrasound transvaginally. They said they couldn’t see anything in my uterus hencing it could just be too early. But my spotting sometimes changes color from pink to brown and some red. Side cramping feels like a dull achy pain like a sensitive bruise and someone keeps pushing it. Need reassurance!
